The Final Produt

So here is the final video. Thank you so much for all your input, it was much appreciated. I think it turned out pretty well. I put this on a DVD (I had to to turn in into my teacher) and it seemed to look and sound pretty good on the TV with the surround sound. Im so excited that finals are almost over, I cant wait for summer. Only 3 more tests to take, and this project to turn in and i can have a life again, for about 3 months. Anyhow, thanks to all of you for all the help and support.

1. WERE YOU NAMED AFTER ANYONE? No but when I was little I tried to change my middle name from dawn to mandy cause I thought it was a boy name.
2. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED? I have found with this pregnancy I am crying more then I am not:)
3. DO YOU LIKE YOUR HANDWRITING? It depends on how much time I take to write, I don't like my fast handwriting but if I slow down I like it.
4. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE LUNCH MEAT? I like most lunch meat except bologna.
5. DO YOU HAVE KIDS? Yes Two boys and one on the way.
6. IF YOU WERE ANOTHER PERSON WOULD YOU BE FRIENDS WITH YOU? I think so, I am a little shy around new people but if I got to know me I think I would.
7. DO YOU USE SARCASM A LOT? All the time, it is a really bad habit if people dont get you are a sarcastic person
8. DO YOU STILL HAVE YOUR TONSILS? Yep I do.
9. WOULD YOU BUNGEE JUMP? I would have to say no, I am not much of a thrill seeker.

12. DO YOU THINK YOU ARE STRONG? I used to be really strong but not so much anymore. I guess I should work out a little more.
13. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ICE CREAM? Anything with chocolate, I don't like fruit Ice cream or things that have more vanilla then chocolate.

26. FAVORITE SPORTS TO WATCH? well I also like Hockey and ice skating and I also like to watch the super bowl ( but mainly for the commercials.)

28. EYE COLOR? Hazel. someone once told me they look like olives that were cut in half. ha ha.
29. DO YOU WEAR CONTACTS? No But I have glasses I never wear but should I squint a lot.
30. FAVORITE FOOD? Anything made with sugar. lol all my favorite meals are made with sugar.
31. SCARY MOVIES OR HAPPY ENDINGS? Happy endings I have a hard time watching anything that is intense I kicked Logan in the theater during minority reports cause I got scared.
32. LAST MOVIE YOU WATCHED? Enchanted. alvin and the chipmunks. it was cute we watched it as a family ty loved the singing.
33. WHAT COLOR SHIRT ARE YOU WEARING? maroon tee.
34. SUMMER OR WINTER? Summer I hate snow.
35. HUGS OR KISSES? candy or real. I love hugs candy but in person I love both hugs and kisses depending on who they are from.

45. DO YOU HAVE A SPECIAL TALENT? I am pretty good at doing crafts I love to learn new things and I am trying to make cooking my talent.

Cinema Project

We really haven't been able to post much, as life has been pretty hectic lately. I have finals coming up, which stresses me out a little bit. Its not a bad semester, but I still just get anxiety for my tests and projects. Since I have a project coming up, I decided to use the blog to help myself. I have been working on this project for the last few weeks, and i would like some feedback on a very rough copy of it. I haven't fixed al the audio, and i still have to add in music and sound effects, but i just wanted to see if the story makes sense, and if you can tell what is going on. If you have any ideas for music that would be appropriate, or any kind of suggestions, that would be helpful. I would appreciate any insights, so thank you in advance.

Easter Fun

Easter time has been wonderful. Its so warm and nice outside, the boys get to play outdoors, and it seems like cabin fever goes away. Yesterday we went to Jay and Staceys house for our family easter party. We have a fish pond for the kids (my parents pick out presents for all the grandkids) as well as the adults (where we have to literally fish for our presents, and fight for the best ones.) It was really fun, and it was good to see everyone, since some people we hadn't seen since before Christmas. I had to work both before and after the party, but I was able to be there for the bulk of it. We took some pictures of the festivities, and thought ya'll might enjoy them.

This is Owen and Tyson getting their Easter eggs ready. We let them color them with crayons, and Tiffany and I dyed them later. It saved a lot of mess.

We had filled some plastic eggs with M&Ms, which seemed to be the biggest hit for them.

It has been fun seeing them run around after being couped up all winter. It also helps that they sleep better at night when they run around all day (hallelujah!)We hope to be taking them outside a lot more, and hopefully that means we may have more pictures.

Updates and Playtime

So since we haven't done any updates in a while, we decided to post a few older pictures and give an update on our situation. The boys are doing very well, although they have had a little bit of a cold and some runny noses. Since its been warm outside we have gone outside a lot more, taking walks, playing in the front yard, etc... They love it all, and its taken off some of the cabin fever we all got over the winter. These first pictures are our attempts at killing cabin fever when there was still a lot of snow on the ground. We put blankets over the card table and let the boys at it. This is what happened:

Tiffany is doing pretty well with this pregnancy. She has only thrown up a few times, mostly because of a cough she had along with morning sickness. She is more tired this pregnancy, probably from caring for twin two year old boys! I've been able to be home a little bit more this semester, which is nice. Having the laptop has also allowed me to do lots of homework at home, rather than spend hours at the school. We recently realized that we are 101 days into the pregnacy, which leaves 179 more days to go. It really goes by so quickly. Thanks so much everyone for all your support and help along the way. It really does mean a lot to us.

Happy Birthday!!!!

The boys recently celebrated their 2nd birthday on February 10th. It wasnt a great birthday, since they both had colds they were getting over, and Tiffany and I both felt miserable. But we did make it a fun time, and they seemed to enjoy themselves. We think they enjoyed their laptops the most, but im sure the cake was right up there.

Here is Owen, who is less than enthusiastic about his nose buttering. By the way, we were sitting at the computer so we could show Grandma Chapin their nose buttering over the webcam. And you know how easy it is to get kids to sit down and be calm for a video while you put stuff on their face. Good times, good times.
This is what they came down to after their nap. I was able to make the hats at work when I had some downtime. Thats why i make the big bucks.

Our Mac

I dont particularly like to talk about purchases i have made, but I have been very impressed with the "new" laptop we just bought. We found it on KSL.com, some guy in salt lake was selling it, along with some nice accessories. Anyhow, I thought i would show it off, as well as the first video I was able to make on it. Granted, its just a silly school video, and the black lines on the sides drive me crazy, but it turned out OK.

Here it is, along with some the accessories I got with it: a backback, a writing tablet (it allows you to write and draw in photoshop or other picture editors), as well as an extra battery, a hard case to keep it from getting scratched, and a keyboard cover. Im very pleased with it.
